Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a systems-level thinker with a strong sense of precision and calm UX. As a Senior Product Designer at Zefir, you’ll help shape a platform used by high-volume e-commerce and operations teams to orchestrate messaging, automation, and revenue across channels—clearly, reliably, and at scale.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and client success to turn complex workflows—WhatsApp, SMS, automations, billing, analytics—into intuitive, well-structured experiences. You should be comfortable designing within real constraints, simplifying dense systems, and bringing clarity to products that operate at serious scale.

What you’ll do

Design core areas of the platform, including dashboards, automation flows, integrations, analytics, and billing experiences
Work closely with engineering to ship high-quality, scalable UI that holds up under real production load
Collaborate with product and client success to understand how merchants actually use the platform
Own and evolve Zefir’s design system and component library
Contribute to product decisions by balancing usability, performance, and long-term maintainability
Push for clarity, consistency, and precision in every surface of the product
