At Zefir, we’ve made the payment process seamless and secure for both drivers and riders. Our system ensures that transactions are transparent, quick, and hassle-free. Here’s an overview of how Zefir processes payments:
For Riders
1. Booking a Ride:
- Choose Your Ride: Open the Zefir app, enter your destination, and select your preferred ride option.
- Payment Method: Before confirming the ride, you’ll select your payment method. Zefir accepts various payment options, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and Zefir balance.
- Zefir Balance: You can also top up Zefir wallet by adding any amount starting from 5 EUR. It will be directly added to your secure wallet through an encrypted and secure payment gateway
For Drivers
1. Receiving Payment:
- Zero Commission: Remember, with Zefir, you keep 100% of your earnings. There are no commission fees deducted from your fare.
- Earnings Summary: After each ride, you’ll receive a detailed summary of your earnings, which is credited to your Zefir driver account.
2. Payouts:
- Regular Transfers: Zefir processes payouts regularly. You can choose to receive your earnings on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Bank Transfers: Earnings are transferred directly to your bank account. Ensure your banking details are up-to-date in the Zefir driver app to avoid any delays.
- Instant Payout Option: For those who need quicker access to their funds, Zefir offers an instant payout option for a small fee.
3. Subscription Fee:
- Monthly Subscription: The only fee you pay as a driver is a flat monthly subscription. This fee is automatically deducted from your earnings at the beginning of each month.
- Manage Subscription: You can view and manage your subscription details in the driver app, ensuring complete transparency and control over your payments.

1. Secure Transactions:
- Encryption: All payment transactions on Zefir are encrypted using industry-standard protocols, ensuring your financial data is protected.
