If you leave an item in a Zefir vehicle, follow these steps to retrieve it:
- Trip History: Open the Zefir app and go to your 'Trip History.'
- Contact Driver: Select the ride during which you lost the item and tap on 'Contact Driver.' You can call or message the driver to arrange a return.
- Support: If you can’t reach the driver, contact Zefir support through the app or by emailing support@gozefir.com, and we’ll assist you in recovering your item.
